Yes you to can not get Windows XP SP2. It only works for 120 days, but it means that you can use Automatic update and the Windows update site, and get your machine trashed by all the nasties out there for four more months. PS we have it and have been using it for months and love it. Well you get used to its weird ways after a while.

Yes Microsoft have put out a version of Service Pack 2 for the Chinese. The page above is for Traditional Chinese. This one is for Simplified Chinese and this one is English, and this French, and German, and Korean. To think this isn't even a techie site.

Duck. It seems that aggressive birds are getting to be the norm in Europe. In the UK we've had birds attacking cars and bicycles. In Norway they have them tamer, they only attack cyclists. Though in this case I can understand why. The cyclist concerned, was not only wearing yellow, but she was a policewoman, that and she fought back.
